  22. 2. How to register
  23.

  26. The information below is only needed if you are not going to register online.
  27.  
  28. Registration overview:
  29. 1. Use the “Ibrium Register” application to fill in your name etc.
  30. 2. Send the printout per mail or email to Kagi.
  31.  
  32. IMPORTANT: If you have not specified an email address, you have to check the postcard receipt box in the Register application. You will perhaps not receive the registration code otherwise.

  35. 3. Payment
  36.  
  37. Paying for our products is fairly simple. Open the Ibrium Register application. Enter your name, email address, and the number of user licenses you wish to purchase. Save, copy or print the data from the Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi. Kagi is a company that handles the payment processing for us.

  39. If paying with credit card or First Virtual, you can email or fax the data to Kagi. Their email address is shareware@kagi.com and their fax number is +1 510 652-6589. You can either copy the data from Register and paste into the body of an email message or you can save the data to a file and you can attach that file to an email message. You do not need to compress the data file.

  41. Payments sent via email are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive an email acknowledgement when it is processed. Payments sent via fax take up to 10 days, and if you provide a correct internet email address you will receive an email acknowledgement.

  43. If you are paying with Cash or USD Check you should print the data using the Register application and send it to the address shown on the form, which is:

  50. You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries but if you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot accept checks in other currencies, the conversion rate for non-USD checks is around USD 15 per check.

  52. Kagi can not invoice your company. Please contact us (Ibrium HB) to obtain an invoice.

  54. Please do not fax or email payment forms that indicate Cash or Check as the payment method. Payments send via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days for processing.

  57. 4. Other Ways To Register
  58.  
  59. An other way to register is to send the fee directly to us instead of to Kagi. If you do so, you should  not use the Register application. Also, we can accept cash only (the bank charges between $15 and $80 for cashing a foreign cheque). Any currency will do. Please supply an email address if possible.

  82. Our products are protected by registration codes. You will receive your code(s) from Kagi together with instructions how to enter it(them). If you have specified an e-mail address, you will receive the code(s) per e-mail.

  84. If you would like to receive the registration code(s) quickly then send us an e-mail confirming that the shareware fee is on its way. We will send you the registration code as soon as possible.
